What types of payments do you accept? TOP We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Checks and Money orders, mailed with a printed order form will also be accepted. All mail in payments should be mailed to Luv-Me-Knot Boutique within 3 business days or your order will be canceled. For mail in orders, your order date will be the date I receive your check and not the date you placed your order online. Your order will not ship until your check clears. There will be a $30 service fee for all returned checks. Please make checks payable to Luv-Me-Knot Boutique. When mailing in payments don’t forget to add the shipping charges and insurance if needed, please email us for our mailing address. Do you offer local pick-up? TOP Yes, local pick-up is available if you live in the Bradenton area. At check out simply choose LOCAL PICK-UP and we will contact you once your order is complete. When will my order ship? TOP PLEASE NOTE June - January are very busy months due to the How will my package ship? TOP All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail or UPS with delivery confirmation. Each item is carefully packaged and should arrive in excellent condition however; we are NOT responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Insurance will cover any damage or loss during shipping and is available at your request but is not included in the shipping charges. We highly advise customers to purchase insurance on their order. If you do not purchase insurance and your order gets damaged or lost during mailing, USPS will not be responsible for replacing your order. Luv-Me-Knot is not held responsible for your items once they are mailed at USPS and we are not responsible for giving refunds for packages that are damaged or lost once they have been mailed. Do you offer refunds or exchanges? TOP We hope you will be happy with your purchase, we go to great legnths to make quality items and stand behind all of our products! If you are not happy you may return your items for a purchase price refund or excahnge it with in 7 days of receiving the item. Monogrammed items and wholesale purchases are NOT returnable and can not be exchanged. Please return the unused item in it's original condition and with a paid receipt/packing slip. We will not accept worn bows, or merchandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows smashed in an envelope. Bows must be packaged in a box for me to accept the return. Tracking information is recommended, email me for a return address.
Your purchase price will be refunded in the manner it was received. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. For exchanges, please write the description of the new item you would like to exchange for on your reply.

800-816-1262 How do I care for my appliqued clothing? TOP Each item can be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. However, we recommend dry cleaning each design. Proper care of your hand-made clothing will keep it looking new for years to come! Will my item be exactly as displayed? TOP We strive to make each item as perfect as the last. However, colors, materials and or embellishments may not be available or discontinued due to season. In this event we will make sure the item looks fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment. Keep in mind computer resolution may vary and ribbon, fabric and thread colors may appear darker or brighter in person.
What is an alligator clip? TOP Alligator clips are a pinch clip that is used for all of our clippies and is great for baby and toddler bows when the hair is not as think. Alligator clips are also the clip of choice when you want to attach a bow to one of our interchangeable headbands.
